This article deals with the extreme right party Golden Dawn, which is now the third forceon the Greek political scene. The party is highly controversial, on the one hand violatingthe principles of the system, on the other hand exposing the numerous shortcomings in theformulation of the Greek law. The party seeks to outlaw other political groups. The existenceof this party exposed the weakness of the Greek political system, and thus the party. Theauthor describes the formation of said political party, as well as shows different concurrentcircumstances and backgrounds.
